Every client has a different set of needs and expectations, but each can expect that a Meridian Entertainment representative will work personally on every event, and will be present
from load-in until its conclusion. We will help handle the coordination of each event based upon each client's specific needs. We will coordinate in advance for production needs
between the artist production manager and the event's technical representative, or as required we will produce the entire event on the client's behalf, becoming the technical
representative ourselves. Our representatives will coordinate and oversee all events to ensure proper production and presentation of the artist and client. Some of these
needs may include:
Negotiating catering needs and times
Show settlement assistance
Establishing labor requirements
Coordinating and directing day of show labor and load-in times
Development of bids for sound, lights, staging, and/or roof needs
Coordination of ground transportation
Artist meet and greet coordination
Professional on-site assistance for experienced problem solving
